Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions before booking a call-out
What does the call-out flat rate include?
The flat rate covers opening, release and repair when it is possible on site, whatever it takes, as long as the fault found matches the one described in the request. Parts and products are invoiced in addition, always announced and accepted before fitting. If reality differs from the description, the technician draws up a new quote on site before continuing — which is precisely why we ask for photos.
How soon is the technician on site?
When he is available, allow 30 to 45 minutes for him to be at your door. If he is already on a job, the arrival time depends on when he finishes and the journey between the two addresses: we then give you a two-hour window, never a precise time, so that the commitment can be kept. A message warns you when he sets off.
How much is the deposit and is it refunded?
The deposit is always equal to the call-out fee of the chosen slot: 100 € in the daytime, 150 € in the evening and on Sundays, 200 € at night, 300 € late at night, 500 € for an absolute emergency and 50 € for a planned call-out. It is deducted from the invoice. If no work is possible within the flat rate — part to order, complete replacement, quote refused — only the call-out fee is kept and the rest is refunded to you.
How much does a motor replacement cost?
In an emergency, the motor is added to the slot's flat rate, at a fixed price: roller shutter 650 € (part 350 € and labour 300 €), metal shutter 1 200 € (800 € and 400 €), garage door 750 € (450 € and 300 €), awning 500 € (300 € and 200 €). On a planned call-out, labour for a roller shutter motor is 200 €, call-out included, the part remaining at the supplier's price. Any other part is quoted on site and accepted before fitting.
What rate applies on Sundays and public holidays?
On Sundays and public holidays in the daytime, the evening rate applies: 500 € all inclusive, that is 350 € flat rate and 150 € call-out fee. Evenings and nights keep their usual rate.
How can I pay less if the situation can wait?
A planned daytime call-out comes to 350 € all inclusive for the next day, and 300 € from the day after, with a 50 € deposit. It is the most economical option when the security of the premises is not at stake — and we offer it to you as a matter of course when the emergency is not immediate.
Do you work outside Nice and Saint-Laurent-du-Var?
The area covered at launch is Nice and Saint-Laurent-du-Var, 24/7. Cagnes-sur-Mer, Villeneuve-Loubet, Antibes, Vence and Carros will follow, then Beaulieu, Villefranche, Cannes, Grasse, Menton and Monaco. For an address outside the area, describe your situation: the answer is honest, with a referral to a fellow tradesman if necessary.
Why is there no telephone number for call-outs?
Because a written request is traced, priced and scheduled without any transcription error, and it gives you the exact price before we set off — which a phone call cannot do. A number does exist, but outbound: the technician calls you back and you receive the tracking messages as soon as your request is recorded. The number in the footer, 07 59 31 84 60, is for the administrative side of your jobs — quotes, invoices, file follow-up — and takes no call-out requests: they all go through the online tool.
A question that isn't here?
Ask it in the free-text field of the form. It gets a written answer before any commitment on your part.
